Located in the New Village of Copper Mountain Resort

Copper Valley condominiums consists of 34 ski-in condominiums and 1 commercial space in Copper Mountain's Center Village across from the Athletic Club and at the base of the ski mountain near Pitchfork Lift. The complex borders on the 2nd fairway and overlooks the 2nd green of the Copper Creek Championship Golf Course. Copper Valley has their own outdoor heated swimming pool where guests and owners can enjoy the outstanding views of the ski slopes and Ten Mile Range mountains.

The Association was reincorporated on May 2, 1986 under the Colorado Non Profit Corporation Act.
